Can't get my service up and running paid twice
My service is working on kemo tv paid twice? Is a fraud to kemo iptv I received and paid receipt but can't get service and phone number not working

Terrible service, take your money and no customer service
I signed up for a month with two TVs. Everything loaded fine.
But now, I have a bunch of foreign channels I don't use and it buffers a lot. I asked them if they could remove the foreign channels to maybe help with the buffering and I got no response after three emails. The TV is buffering and will not start this morning.
Nothing but buffering. It's a bunch of nonsense and they're scamming your money.

Preferred solution: What I ordered. I want customer service and I want them to remove the foreign channels, improve buffering problems and solve the problems.

Terrible customer service if any.
They took my money and never gave me the service.
Im trying to get them to respond to me for 4 days and they just dont respond. I cant get my money back cause they say to send it as friends and family.

Failure to Respond
Kemo proceedure.
Place an order, get an order number, send your money and if you are lucky you will get TV.
They (who are these people?) have your money.
If no TV good luck in getting a refund let alone a response.
Solution? Take matters in your own hands in any way possible including picketing if they have a store front.
Best to use a digital antenna, free streaming live TV and download series and movies.

Installation and no is getting back to me since this morning

Won’t connect account details
Takes about a week to respond by text and has not accepted login details at all. Waste of money given you pay for what you dont actually receive

Scam and horrible service
I paid for the 36 hour trial at 8pm Saturday night then at 5am i got an email stating that it had expired and i need to purchase a plan . When i contacted them they tried to make it seem like it wasnt true until i sent them screenshots of it and told them to refund my money. Stay away, shady business and horrible customer service

I love the app but wish they could filter shows without English speaking actors
Too many selections in every category are foreign language without English subtitles. Itd be better if users could apply filters on searches to return lists of programs in the needed language

For the second time I have been ripped off by this service! I ordered one year subscription and half way through the subscription, my services were discontinued!!!

Resolved: Negative reviews
I've had Kemo for three and a half years. It's a little hard to get set up if you're technically challenged.
Once set up, it is well worth the cost.
The only negative is, sometimes the server that they use is slow and causes buffering. But for the selection and price, it is worth it!
